Steven employs a unique approach of group discussion to guild his clients on their recovery efforts. He didn’t just helped me to recover but also taught me solid life skills that has been incredibly beneficial to me. I highly recommend this....

Been great so fare his methods have helped me out alot already! Also probly one of the most adorable programs in seattle. Also he dose his job and he is not scared to call people out when they are messing up.

Rude and empathetic....I felt like I was just a number to him. I would not recommend this place. Maybe Steven needs some retraining or needs to retire. 20yrs in the business this might be routine to him and has no empathy for those who need help.

For me it's disappointing to see all the negative reviews on this rating feature as the Shamrock Group does a really great job at what they do. First, the group rooms are clean and well maintained with great pictures and comfortable chairs. Second, the discussions are productive and well facilitated by a qualified trained counselor. Third, the process in which employs is thought out, progressive, and up to speed with the latest developments in the field. Lastly, his rates are very reasonable considering the cost of other treatment facilities and programs. Overall, Shamrock does a very good job at challenging beliefs and stereotypes around alcohol and drugs. He is experienced in that he is an expert in guiding people through the difficult growing process. If you are looking for a treatment program this one will undoubtably help you move forward.

Most "classes" consist of group members teaching each other and watching videos. At $90 per class, expect to feel ripped off. Beware of prepaying. The money-grubbing owner/operator discharged me to keep my non-refundable prepaid treatment. This self-righteous man radiates contempt for himself, what he does, and who he is around. The saddest part is he actually believes he's found peace and happiness in his sobriety. This business only exists because its customers are forced to be there. Shamrock provides no actual support to anyone trying to live clean or even someone just trying to get through the court system. I *might* even say I'd recommend Lakeside Milam over this dump. Keep looking.
