Terrible communication on their part left me totally unaware that I was without homeowners coverage for months. This led to me having to pay lender coverage for the gap period as well as huge headaches dealing with correcting everything from the fallout. Multiple emails and unreturned voicemails while trying to figure out what happened and why they didnt call, email or text me. Customer care is zero - once theyve got the policy the client means nothing.

Nick has been an amazing agent for me and my family. Not only does he continually try to find the best policy for me and my family, he has also been very easy to get in touch with. He took my call on a Saturday to help with a claim when someone ran into my daughter. Nick would even answer insurance questions for policies I had with other companies when those agents wouldn't return my call. He now has ALL of my policies and many of my colleagues and business partners.

My family and I have used Nick for 5 years and we have always had great service. I have called Nick a couple times over the years with questions about my policy and he had always been helpful. I recommend Nick to friends and family.

I have been with Farmers Insurance for 37 years, my agent Amy retired a and Nicholas Bliss replaced Amy as my agent (not by my choice). I have never had worse service of any kind in my life. If you long to be ignored or if you crave unreturned calls when trying to get a new car insured... Then he's your boy.  I feel nauseous having to give him 1 star, but there wasn't an option to give a negative star rating
