I've said it before, and I'll say it again - if you need a mortgage or a refinance, call Jeff, of Evergreen State Mortgage. Jeff is truly the best mortgage broker in the industry. We completed multiple deals utilizing Jeff's expertise. And each time Jeff guides us through this complicated process, helps us understand all of our options, and completes the entire process within weeks. Jeffrey Lorsch, President and Broker, "worked" with me on a mortgage refinance. Highlights:1. Started initial contact on a Wednesday, got back to me on Friday telling me he won't be able to get to it until next week due to the memorial day weekend. In the end it took more than a week to get any information.2. The quotes were in the form of an upside down PDF based on Excel screenshot3. Terms of the refinance were incorrect - he sent me an updated PDF, which we went over on the phone and there were calculation errors on his part - he said he'd send me an update.4. 2 weeks later, no contact, he calls, we pick up where we left off - he still hasn't sent me the correct calculations. Since it's been a month I ask him to send me the updated numbers with the current rates. He launches into a speech saying to take the outdated and incorrect chart I have on hand as a fair estimate. I ask for an updated chart as promised - he declines, we agree to part ways.Bottom line - Jeff Lorsch is lazy and a waste of time.
