We stayed at this location 2 years ago, it was an ok place, it's a bed. More recently I booked with them again, I messed up the dates, and they have a no refunds policy. I cancelled within minutes, to the cost of $768.00. Which they withheld, since only the owner could ok a waiver for their zero refund policy, but as per expedia, no one would answer phone calls, and one of us stopped by during the date of our visit to town, and they continued with the line that the owner isn't available sorry to keep your money for no service. Theft allowed by policy is a poor excuse, and a horrid business model.
