The mission behind the store is great, if you would like to go there to support the cause this is the place. On Thursday's they have 30% off the entire store. Prices are priced well, I don't think they are overpriced ( for a second hand store they are priced accordingly. The volunteers however, the older ladies for example are not the most pleasant. I went in on a Thursday like I always do when I have a spare minute, I'm a sahm of 3. Getting away without the kids to do something like shop for 10-15 minutes alone is not in my deck of cards. My kids were a little roudy as to be expected, they are 1 & 3. I tried to get them to behave and when I wasn't looking one of the workers made my 3 year old cry. Not sure what was mentioned. All seemed annoyed that my kids weren't on the best behavior. I left the store feeling defeated and judged. When I was called to try to explain the situation, the owner of the store said that she expects all customers to be on their best behavior, regardless of age.
Only in a perfect world can that be.
If you are volunteering at an establishment for the sake of wanting to do a good deed and be helpful. Do it with a smile.
Another occasion which I was not directly effected, was with the same volunteer speaking ill on a customer when she had her back turned. She was clearly annoyed & was speaking to another volunteer about it. I brushed that off.
This store is nice. I always find good deals and look forward to going every week.
Because of the lack of customer service from said volunteers I will 100% not be going back.

MORE LIKE HOBS GREED SHOP THE PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS!!!!! DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME, USED SHOES FOR 30-98 DOLLARS AND I THOUGHT GOODWILL WAS BAD

A very nice store it's always clean when I go there..the girls are always real good they greet you with a smile and a hello there cloths are all pressed and look new. And you can't beat the prices and the profit goes to a good cause stop by and check it out
