Ive noticed the other reviews are not for the service its self but for the reception. Personally ive had a great experience with a therapist at the port orchard location named Garth R. He is getting to the main issues ive experienced and not just assuming or allowing me to vent and chat. That is important to me as in the past ive had therapists allow me to ramble and pay for the wasted time. He is attentive and clearly well educated and good at what he does. It was a blessing finding him, being someone very local in PO and taking my insurance.

I been going since high school, so a decade now. I love my time with Helena and it feels safe. She gives me homework that has revealed a lot about myself. She also makes me feel listened to and is great help in sorting out the complexity of my thoughts and feelings. The only iffy thing is getting an appointment when it's been a couple of months but the easiest fix is just have your provider send them a referral and boom, problem solve.

I have been seeing Helena Hauge for almost 3 years now, and I have been completely satisfied with the services she has provided. I recommend her to friends and family all the time. Even after I moved over 30 miles away, I have continued appointments over the phone. I have had 3 therapists and 2 psychiatrists and she is by far the best!

Walked in for some answers that I couldn't get answered from the calls or emails they never returned. As I stood in the waiting as each member of the office walked by without a word for 20 minutes, I decided to leave. This isn't the place to get help of any kind.

Garth has been amazing for my teenager, and has been the only therapist that really got through to him. The positive impact he's made with my son has been absolutely life changing for my family.
