The first time they worked on my starter was just fine. NOT This time I was told since they worked on the starter last that they would not charge us if it was again the starter witch it was. Charging me for a new starter was not the biggest problem. It sat there for 3 weeks while I took the bus to work in sequim every day I went 0adt there , watched as car after car came and went.
For them to tell me it was a bad spark plugs and charged me $389 and broke my steering wheel lever left dirty greasy hand prints all over and now my power seats are not working. Plus I find mouse 0oo everywhere and chewd up everything. Not a good time . Bart is a good guy but his mechanics must be new. And there communication skills are poor since no one knew what was going up when ever I called and they said I would not be charged if it was the starter.
