When you can actually get ahold of this pharmacy the service is okay however 9/10 they do not answer their phone and unfortunately I have to talk to someone to fill my sons prescriptions. The last 3 months I have had to drive there just to be able to speak with someone. On average I call 20-30 times before I get frustrated and just go in there. Please staff you're pharmacy so people can actually get through. Getting really tired of doing this.

Pharmacy staff are very rude and incompetent. Was told Id receive a follow up call about why my prescriptions werent available and a week later no response. With only a couple days left to get refills on my medication for my HEART I was told they dont have the orders and to contact my doctor to have them send it again and was hung up on. I noticed a sign when I went in saying that their computers are down and they cant receive electronic orders. Having No follow up contact about important medication information after your systems were having troubles is highly unprofessional. Find a different pharmacy if you have important medication!

Yes, it'sverily true that staff here look overworked and underpaid and also that here it's consistently understaffed, very often causing significant long, long lines and/or the wait time.Despite all that inconvenience, I've been staying with this pharmacy for 8+ years and I will stay that way. That's because pharmacists and staff are exceptionally and genuinely sweet, warm, and caring. Hannah always takes time to advise me what I should do to have my stingy insurance company give me prescriptions in a way that my doctors decide [e.g., two (2) 10mg tablets instead of one (1) 20mg tablet]. Natalie, Maria, just to name a few, have always been smiling and asking me how I'm doing instead of rushing, despite havingto deal with a very long line of customers, someofwhomare a little agitated.. I myself was very agitated towards them one time, but, the next time after the fact, they smiled at me as if I'd ever done nothing wrong to them.
