I first started working with John in 2019 and I continue to find his guidance and expertise tremendously useful. Improving my ability to articulate the value I bring to an organization has allowed me to advance my career. John helped me quantify my experience and create a clear and concise LinkedIn profile and CV. He uses a structured methodology, which helped me capture career accomplishments and define career goals and objectives. John is everything anyone could want in a career coach!! His extensive knowledge of HR practices, applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, and general industry expectations are invaluable. He exceeded my expectations, which were already high.
With John's thorough assistance I was able to get a fantastic new role in the exact field I wanted to -- and I had plenty of challenges with my experience and resume. But that's what John knows best, and he helped me tailor my resume to my strengths and make it pop. He helped me see how much continuing education would help me, and so I took relevant online courses at his suggestion, and they surely helped me get hired.
He's also extremely flexible in general, regarding both payment or scheduling. Also in how he approaches each client -- as an individual who needs specific guidance.
