Staff was ridiculously rude very judgemental and will never return back or have anyone I no used to stay in the loft room all the time however no longer will choose to stay there!

My wife and I booked this hotel, mainly because it said it had EV charging. We arrived at 10:00 PM, and upon checkin, asked where the EV charger was. The receptionist told us that they do not have EV charging, and we can use the chargers at another location. So instead of being able to charge on site as advertised, we got to spend an hour in the Target parking lot while charging trying to get home. In addition, the door handle in the bathroom was broken, and we were unable to close the door while using the bathroom, and there was no conditioner in the shower. Overall, I would NEVER ever stay there again. Do not recommend.

Awesome place . I booked a two bedroom/two bath suite for my family. The place also had a full kitchen. The front desk, daily full breakfast, cleaning services, location, all was just perfect. My family enjoyed our stay.

Nice location. Descent rooms with all amenities. And, in the TV they provide a few apps like YouTube, Amazon Prime etc. which I couldn't see in any of the nearby restaurants. Different dishes are available for breakfast but I see that they overcook the Egg Scrambled. The gym is very small with very limited equipment. There is no indoor pool. For the laundry, there is no provision to add the same to the room invoice. Housekeeping is there every day.
Rooms: Rooms are good with enough kitchen facilities.
Nearby activities: Alderwood mall, Costco and a few other restaurants are nearby.
Walkability: Costco, Alderwood Mall, Target etc are at walkable distance
Food & drinks: Food is OK
