I had to drive to the Tumwater Office of TuffShed as the local office was temporarily closed. Mike Howard in the Tumwater office was very happy to help me. He was very friendly and willing to listen to my needs. I am over the moon thrilled with my shed. I highly recommend TuffShed and highly recommend the Tumwater WA office.

We had a great experience with our new Tuff Shed. We ordered it online and received tons of communication about planning and when it would be installed. On the day of install, the guys showed up on time and got right to work. They were pleasant and efficient. I knew that everything was prefabricated and it was essentially just putting together a puzzle but I was so impressed with how quick and easy the whole thing was. If we ever need another shed, I will definitely order from Tuff Shed again!

Excellent customer service. The build team was quick and professional. The Olympia Tuff Shed staff were responsive to questions. We have other Tuff Sheds and would recommend going to the Olympia office rather than going through Home Depot. We got more for our money and better customer service. Definitely would do business with them again!

I had the greatest experience start to finish From Olympia Tuff Shed thanks to Michael Howard. I was having trouble understanding the online ordering so Called and spoke with Michael and decided to go down in person to over pass all the online stuff and Im so glad I did. Michael took alot of time out of his day to navigate and help me understand every aspect and option of the Shed I was Interested in and even assisted with every random question I had regarding load strengths the exact materials being used so there was no surprises come delivery and installation of the Shed. I would have to say normally buying big expenses is stressful and Time consuming but with Michaels help I was able to Do all the first stage ordering of the Shed on a Saturday and that following Thursday I had my shed Delivered and Installed and couldnt be more happier with the whole process. If anyone is needing a shed just skip the hassle of finding out everything yourself and go talk with Michael at Olympia TuffShed very efficient and will never get another shed unless through them.
