Be very careful.....Lied to multiple times on what actually was needed for a upgrade and to keep my bill the same. Been back multiple times to try and resolve the issue with no results. They keep saying come back with any issues and we will make it right...WRONG. All they say is there's nothing i can do to help or no that's not i said.. must have been some one else. Call the loyalty number.
They do not know what they are doing and not making there mistakes right. Makes me question why i have stayed with verizon for so long. All im asking is to make your mistakes right.
Run and run fast away from this store.

I really liked working with Matt! He explained all the international plans and I would have signed up for the wrong one if he didn't explain it to me. He then helped me sign up for an international plan set to be effective the day before my flights and even asked about my future international trips. I was in and out with no issues!

Always excellent service, an incredible selection of options to meet. Much any technical need, and sales staff that always know their product. Love this place and I'm pretty sure I stop in way too often

Excessive wait times and it seems like theyre quite understaffed, I wouldnt recommend this location.
