Never answer their phones, never return messages. Sure are quick to raise and collect rent though.

Was a customer last year in California where customer service was good but very expensive. But can't even get someone to help me in Seattle this summer. I keep asking for help but either don't hear back or they keep telling me something different. It is a terrible way to treat a returning customer. I will never use them again!!!!
