I'd like to share my recent experience at Bucke in Kennewick, WA, which took place approximately a week ago. During my visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Mizael, who provided exceptional assistance as soon as I walked into the store. Mizael's dedication to customer service, combined with his friendly and patient demeanor, left a lasting impression on me.
From the moment I entered, Mizael greeted me with a warm smile that was not only contagious but also incredibly welcoming. He went above and beyond in assisting me, taking the time to ensure that all my questions and needs were addressed thoroughly. His commitment to providing excellent service was evident throughout our interaction.
I must say that Mizael's outstanding professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction have made a significant impact on my perception of this store. His remarkable assistance has not only left me with a positive impression but has also instilled in me the desire to return to Bucke in the future. Mizael is truly an amazing individual, and I commend him for his exceptional service and the delightful experience he provided during my visit.

Kolo is the bomb. I wrote Buckle off as a "last season" store, but they had exactly what I was looking for when Sunglass Hut and Footlocker didn't. I'm a retail manager and Kolo is most definitely an asset when it comes to customer service.
