I came in to buy my first vape, the guy was super short and seemingly had little patience for my questions. I’ve used a vape before so I had a pretty basic understanding but when I’m asking what type of vape or nicotine to buy he responded with an annoyed tone and seemed frustrated by my questions. At one point I was putting the device together I just bought and I inhaled the device and he rudely said to me “I told you 5 times to wait at least 20minutes.” He definitely did not tell me 5 times.
After we left I left I asked my husband who listened to the entire conversation, if he was rude or it was just me and he responded with saying “he was extremely rude I thought you would have just walked out.”
You would think he would have been more kind to a new costumer to keep future business, luckily to whoever profits off my purchase I did buy here but I will definitely not come back here again.

Update:. Still an amazing store. Under new ownership, the prices have gone way down, new merch has come in, and staff is still incredible. Craig the new owner has been awesome. When my one and only juice I used went out of business he worked to find me a close second. Today was the day I had to buy a new juice and can honestly say this new one is definitely as close to my old one as I will get. I will always buy from them just for the service alone. If you haven't been in since the remodel, you should definitely check em out. New product, lower prices, friendly staff, and rewards!!!! THANKS CRAIG!!!!!!
Been going to these guys for a few years now. Since we switched to vaping. Amazing service and knowledgeable staff who takes the time to get to know you and treat you like fam. That's saying something with my husband who is always a difficult customer everywhere lol. He loves this place.
