Our insurance company assigned them to us for flood restoration. It took them a full week to begin any dryout restoration , and only on the upper level. No work was done on my lower level bedroom, and the ceiling fell in. It even took them a week to do an asbestos test in the bedroom.  Meanwhile black mold was growing in ceiling, walls and floors.  They told me they were just like a bathroom renovating contractor...I'd  have to just wait!  Their techs proposed the bare minimum in removing wet areas, leaving the mold to grow in the drywall. No customer service orientation, period. Got a new contractor to take over. I don't know if they were just too busy to do the job properly, but I could never recommend them.

I can't even begin to tell you how incompetent the person who identified themselves as the owner of this business is... but I'm going to.
Yesterday I scheduled an appointment with this company for mold remediation in the crawlspace of my home.
She asked me for my address and phone number which I gave her. She gave me an appt. time the next day btw 10:00 and 11:00 AM. At 11:00 AM the next day I call their office and spoke to a woman who sounded like the same person who took the information. I told her I just wanted to verify they were still coming to my address. I gave her my name. She said she tried calling me because she didn't have my address and had to send their service technician to another location and the call wouldn't go through. I carry my phone with me all the time. It never rang and there was no indication of a call coming in. She said she never got my address. I asked how she makes a service appt. without taking an address, especially when I recall giving it to her. She became upset and began raising her voice. I politely asked to speak to a manger or owner and she said she was both and then said I'll need to hire another company... which at this point I decided I was going to do anyways. Hire at your own risk. Not professional and clearly lied to me about the appt.
