It takes special people and great leadership to build a successful business in the dental field - some are somewhat acceptable, many are subpar. After years of hopping from dental office to dental office I am confident that I found the one that I will stick with for life. The issue with many dental businesses is that its leadership lacks the tenacity to make the necessary changes that will both support its staff and the public. Issaquah Premier Dental has all the great qualities that make up a great business: Its staff is professional, attentive and patient (especially dealing with spoiled adult brats, so common to the East Side of Seattle). Amber at the front desk is more than just the office manager - she was the face of the company when I first went there and her attention to detail and competence are excellent. Doctor Wu and Doctor Miao are also very competent and capable and they invest heavily in the latest equipment and take good care of their staff. Above all, their skillset is extremely good. I highly recommend them - you won't be disappointed.

Updating my review: I appreciate that Dr Wu offered a solution to accommodate the billing misunderstanding we had. We were able to solve the issue.

They offered a great quality service, but if your health insurance will be paying part of the treatments I advise you to request a pre-determined cost upfront.
