Mr. Gearheard advised my ex to keep our kids from me and not honor verbal agreements. This is verifiable in court filings from my ex, which Mr.Gearheard had her rescind only hours after she submitted without his knowledge. Too late ... it's public record now. I can only guess at the reasoning behind his advice to keep me from my kids but demands for more money soon followed. The results of Mr. Gearheard's unethical and totally unprofessional advice to his client have been felt for years as my children are regularly kept from me, even during my court-ordered time with them. I fear the emotional damage done to my kids when they were forced by their mother to hide in a bathroom when I stopped by to take them to ice cream soon after Mr. Gearheard had told her to stop letting me see them. This is something we would regularly do until Brad said to shut it down. Our daughter has special needs and I know the only way my ex could have kept her quiet was by putting her hand over her mouth, risking even more aspiration events like she ones she's had. Shame on anyone that caused this to happen, including Mr. Gearheard and his poor legal counsel aimed at profit over a family's love or even the safety of a little girl.
I wish there was room to also detail the time he mocked people with learning disabilities by goin "uhgh ungh ungh huuuuuh whaaaa ungh ungh ungh" during a phone conversation we had in which he had become frustrated that I couldn't be bullied.
