I am a customer here for the last 22 years.
Not complains at all, but, in the last 4 months employees here are not helping me at all. I have a business company and they were not providing documentation for one of the companies I work with. This big company put me out of compliance over a month and did not receive any payment because the insurance manager wasnt providing the right information and he was always telling me that everything was completed when Im reality he was doing nothing but, charging me the full amount for a service I did not have.
Very disappointed lately and I also I have a car loan and have full coverage insurance for my van and the bank who finance the loan wanted to charge me 5000 dollars because they said my insurance never provided documents to them that my van is covered. Again the manager here told me several times to not worry about it because he had everything completed for me.
Not true at all
I really hope they do better and do not be making this very difficult for their clients.

At first, I thought they were great. They've never had a problem with doing the automatic withdrawal from my bank account, even if my account admittedly was a little low, or if I ended up overdrawn, which I didn't mind. I understood and just got it fixed if they had me overdrawn. But, this last January, I'm in the middle of a move, they overdrew my account, which again was fine. But then a short time later, I find out after doing it, they've canceled my automatic payments ability. So, in short, they take a payment, overdraw my account, then end my automatic payments without telling me, and have now turned it over to a debt collector. Considering they have my phone number, they could've called and informed me, but no, they gotta do things the dumb way. If I could give less than one star, I absolutely would. Debt collector is paid, and Blueridge can go to hell.
