Great company to work with. They could have tried to push us for a new door but instead sent a person to evaluate and fix the door. Lionel did a great job and fixed the door which saved us a lot. He was outstanding, professional and personable. Nothing but a positive experience. We will definitely look to this company for any future needs.

Brilliant winter sunshine is streaming through while I am cleaning my beautiful windows and doors. I am grateful for the fine quality of my 400 series Anderson Window portfolio purchased from The Window and Door Shop. The Window and Door Shop has continued to provide high level product, service and support for me over decades. This latest new home package is my retirement dream. Located in the Cascade Mountains where we experience severe weather extremes (-40 to 105 degrees F) window and door quality matters.
I began doing business at The Window and Door Shop with Jason's father. Jason has spent his entire life with this family business. He knows windows and doors. The in house delivery crew was courteous, diligent and performed admirably with this large order of French Doors and dizzying array of shapes and sizes of windows on a 100 mile journey to our remote site in the Cascade mountains. He, also, provides an in house service technician and an awesome showroom in Perrinville where you can see, feel and really understand the nature of these fine window products. This unique business combination allows for confidence and accuracy in purchasing design coordinated window packages. These products provide space age technology outside and natural wood grain beauty inside. The windows and doors with their "forest green" cladding are truly the "jewels in the crown" of our custom home in this beautiful place. Called the Window and Door Shoppe looking for an Anderson window and door representative to address issues Ive had with my French doors not being able to close or lock properly. Safety was my primary concern. The house was rebuilt almost 20 years ago and the foundation had settled albeit minor but enough to affect the functionality of the doors. Ive had several contractors look and adjust them but they never would completely shut so that I could lock them. I called LeAnne at Window and Door and she had Lionel come out the same day. He quickly assessed that a part (actuator) needed to be changed in my deadbolt but more importantly adjusted them so you can one finger shut and lock the door securely. While he was here he also looked at and Anderson slider that never would seal when shut costing a lot of money in winter and summer heating and cooling bills. With a quick adjustment it sealed and closed with ease. I only wish I had knew of them as a resource sooner . Thank you!
