I can't recommend Lolark enough. In an industry flooded with people claiming to be qualified remodeling and construction experts, it's challenging to distinguish the good from the bad. However, Josh and his team at Lolark are incredibly skilled, punctual, trustworthy, and communicativeboth before, during, and after our project. I'm excited to plan the next project with Lolark and look forward to many more!

Lolark contractors are the best contractors yet! They keep in touch with their customers and update them every step of the way, I cant say enough about them, they are professionals, and high on the customer response list; I highly recommend Lolark for all your construction needs, I will use them to replace my deck and do the update on my cabins, I will use them again and again, Noah Hastings.

We purchased a Tuff Shed building for our garage and they contracted Lolark to assemble it. We are so glad that we got such great contractors. Josh and his crew (Dimitri) worked very hard. They arrived on time every day and worked very cleanly. Ther were some issues with the building itself not being completely square. It resulted in moisture getting into the building preventing us from installing insulation. But Josh and Dimitri came mulitple times to make sure everything was perfect. We really appreciate their thoroughness and professionalism and would gladly recommend them to anyone else who needs a contactor. They truly went above and beyond!In fact, we will be using them to continue finishing the garage beyond what Tuff Shed contracted them for.
