Took daughter and teen grandkids for Spring Break - everyone loved cabin accommodation, beach, fireplace, ocean views and wildlife, store, walks, close-by spectacular hiking trails, island vibe. Second visit - more to come!

It is difficult to rate the rooms, since they are very rustic, but that's the vibe here. The location is great and you are right on the beach. You are never far from anywhere on Orcas Island, so I give the location 5 stars due to the proximity to the water and fact that you are facing west so get sunsets over the Pacific. I may have given the rooms four stars instead of three had the beds been more comfortable; however, while the bed in our main room was okay, the other bed and the futon were rough. Had we been staying with anyone else, they would likely not have been happy (a small child may have been okay).
The service was great and all the staff were very friendly. The other guests kept to themselves but no one was rude.
Overall, were I to go back to Orcas I would consider staying here again. The pictures are of our cabin and the view from the beach. I will say that there are cabins scattered all around. If you want a cabin on the beach, make sure to pick one on the map correctly.

This place is amazing. We went in January. The cabin was right on the water with a fireplace on the beach. We are going back in September. The prices are a bit high, but the cabins are furnished and all amenities. There are glamping tents available during peak season and tents and rv spaces as well.
Walkability: The property is huge and great for walks with pets or kids.
Food & drinks: There is a mini store where you can purchase food, desserts, fishing bait, cat and dog food.
Noteworthy details: Boat, kayak, and fishing equipment rentals.
