I haven't ordered a Shed through them yet, but I would like to note that the customer service I received so far from Steve (I believe that was his name) on the phone, was great. He answered all my questions. Then, I found the website very helpful, and received a follow up from Bryan, to check in and see if we had any questions. I have felt like they genuinely want to provide great customer service in a friendly, no-pressure kind of way!

Utility shed came as ordered. The workmanship is great and beautiful. It was skillfully and impressively placed. Took off one star because I never received a call to schedule delivery as I was informed would happen. Instead, I had to call them.

Some of the worst craftsmanship Ive put eyes on. Their new crew is of builders are terrible and the management/staff follows that same lead. Save yourself the headache and go with, Old Hickory Sheds.
