Such great customer service. I had a manufacturing issue with flooring that had been but in a few years prior and while the manufacturer dodged around doing what was right Carpet One took care of it for me at their cost. I really appreciate going above and beyond to help me. Love my floors and counter tops so much.

I made the poor decision to have them replace flooring and rubber base trim at my office. The flooring had multiple spots where it wasn't glued properly from the start. The rubber base trim was poorly done with large gaps, wavy lines, and even came unstuck from the wall in a couple of spots within a few days of installation. When I brought up these problems right after installation, they wanted to make things "right". Their attempts at "making it right" included using caulking and super glue instead of redoing the work properly. Take a look at the pictures and decide for yourself if you want this quality of work.

They did a great job for my clients when they resurfaced their laminate countertops. By adding a new back splash, some paint, and new luxury vinyl it gave the kitchen an affordable face lift.
