In march I Came in at the begging of the month looking for a temp. vape as I forgot mine at home out of state and Ali was a huge help!
Patient, very informative, kind, and always had a smile.
I came back the next day for some help setting it up as it was not working saying " no atomizer".. Ali quickly sprung into action and had it working in five minutes. She even explained all the steps she was taking to ensure I was informed and could do it myself incase of emergencies.
I came in again before leaving the state to stock up on coils and ran into a different female (blonde and didn't know anything) employee who was just having the hardest time figuring out my set-up and what it needed.
I went in again to get juice and a male employee ( I am assuming the manager) had me in and out also!
It is a hit or miss when it comes to employee knowledge.
I highly advice going to Ali or managers for any vape help.

Had to change my review from five Stars to one star ever since The new girl who works opening as of the last few weeks with the blonde hair has been working there. She's got an extremely rude attitude and does not know a thing about what she's selling. She didn't know the difference between titanium and quartz. It's like walking on eggshells to ask her a question because she gets irritated and has to express her annoyance with doing her job. Everyone else that works there including the owners are always helpful I come in there at least twice a week and buy glass and vape related items. But the last two times that I've came in it's been that girl with the same attitude so now I know it's not a coincidence and that's just how she is I watch or treat every customer that way before she even got to me.
