Despite a bunch of long dedicated customers who agreed to write good reviews for him, please read the negative reviews carefully.His long-term customers are not going through the same hard sell abuses that a new one does.

Shocking display of disrespect.My mother went in looking for a hair solution that would make her feel more confident when attending my baby shower last week. She left exhausted, in tears and looking beyond ridiculous. Jack ignored her requests and opinions, instead railroading her time after time toward unflattering toppers and products she didn't want. When my mother told him repeatedly what she wanted and that she was exhausted and needed to be going due to her multitudinous health problems, he continued to push more products and obviously incompatible wigs on her. After an excruciating appointment that ended with her looking like fluffy roadkill, she left having one atrocious option on her head and another ordered that she had higher hopes for.After hours of trying to make the first option -that she repeatedly said didn't work and she didn't like- look decent, she went back to talk to Jack. He proceeded to tell her she just didn't know how to style it while bringing out the ordered wig which was exactly the same horrific style as the first. When confronted and reminded that she had never liked that and they had agreed upon a longer style, he flat out gaslit her denying everything. After hours of being manipulated, and Jack denying her a refund, she went home having spent about $300 on a crappy hair cut and spent the next 5 days at home with severe hives from stress reaction.When someone takes such obvious advantage of a customer trying to improve their self esteem, something has to be said.

To his friends/clients he is known as Dr. Jack! He gave me a great cut & color and the style I wanted! Love it!
A bonus..... he is way fun to converse with He also handles different lines of wigs. I have one of his wigs and it is great for "in between" appointments. It was a total life saver when salons were closed and great to take on vacations, when I don't want to fuss
