So I made an appointment for tires a week or 2 ago I paid with affirm because discount tire is on there web site I showed up and apparently after a few days even with a appointment they refund you for what ever reason and obviously that does not work so basically I am just screwed so that was a huge waste of time kinda ruined my whole day I called corporate and they said basically they dont use affirm there would have been nice to know

THIS IS THE BEST YOU GOT? Supposedly the assistant manager mounted this... you're joking right? This is the craftsmanship you offer?
These guys don't know how to do simple tasks and I will never come back. This is my 4th issue in a row with them. I had these tires mounted months ago(on new wheels), 1 of 4 wheels had the paint taken off, I only noticed when I got home...months later the new valve stems installed on 1 wheel is leaking due to loose nut on backside...I take it back for a simple dismount, valve stem fix, and remount...but they can't even do that. It's just pathetic, zero workmanship, no respect for people's stuff. When I show up and I mention multiple times to not scuff/scratch my wheels...you should probably take the extra time to do it right.
I show up with the wheels; spotless. Off car, ready to go. I cleaned them thoroughly...they're basically flawless besides one rock chip. They do the job and use pliers ON my threads for the valve stem and manage to scuff/ruin the lip on the rework...when I show up none of the rubber markings or tire soap is wiped off, I wipe it off, paint missing, what're we doing here?...not to mention why is the valve stem outrageously tight, cracking the seal...who knows how long it will last at that point. These were brand new.
While I did manage to file a claim I doubt anything will happen. This shop sucks, straight up. I had to delete a previous negative review to post this. The workers don't care. Point blank. I'm lost for words.
You can't paint match/blend "Eternal blue" by Rays...can you get close? Sure, but these wheels were basically new, I'm not going for "close"... I'm not going to allow to have a shop attempt to blend one of my wheels or respray.
Doesn't matter if you have $200-10,000 wheels. I wouldn't trust this shop. It's a shame I used them in the first place.
TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR WHEELS PRIOR. If you have to use these guys. Otherwise, use someone else. It's bad, I could write another 7 paragraphs about this shop. But I'm done, just outright done with these guys. I wouldn't even take a fleet vehicle here.
I've wasted countless hours here, DO BETTER.
