Fabulous team. Every interaction, with every individual, has been excellent. The care is thorough, attentive, and they are exceptionally clear with costs ahead of time. I'm very lucky not to have any pre-existing dental phobia but I appreciate how much they do to mitigate those worries and are very conscientious of potential discomfort. 10/10, cannot recommend enough!

The doctor and hygienists are always so nice and helpful. The billing staff, particularly Janet, is condescending and flat out rude. Ive never experienced such rudeness and disrespect dealing with a billing person. Not returning.

I tried unsuccessfully to go here.
I even filled out the papers so they could get my records transferred from my pervious dentist.
They got my info transferred.
I had an appt. They called and cancelled.
I finally got re booked - now I'm going to be overdue for a cleaning...they CANCELLED the second appointment...they said they text or email to re schedule...I NEVER heard back from them.
I emailed - they replied oh, you're not on my re schedule list...
GOODBYE. I'm going to find a NEW dentist.
Thanks for NOTHING!
I'm now way overdue for a cleaning...this is NOT the way to retain customers.

Our insurance from my job changed after several years and when I asked if they took our new insurance they said they did. My checkups were always fully covered. Then I received a sizable bill for the balance of a simple checkup and cleaning and I come to find out they are out of network. This was an omission at best and shady business practices at worst. I would have changed dentists had I known.
PS-When I brought this up to them this is a text response I received from their office:
Justin, you are a responsible adult. You can do the responsible thing and pay your balance or let the account default. I have cancelled your next appointment and inactivated your account. You will receive a statement in the mail. each month until paid. Janet -Barkley Village Family Dentistry
There are great dentists and hygienists there, but dont bother going if you have Guardian insurance unless they tell you the cost upfront.
