The staff and delivery person are very rude. In the middle of Monday busy meetings, I had ordered a pizza from the store and paid $8.99 delivery fee for door step delivery. The delivery guy Edwardo refused to deliver it to the apartment by giving excuse of door locked. I did provide the access code but he just wasnt willing to try. When I was going down to the lobby, he didnt have patience to wait and suggested to leave the order. I called the store manager ( Kacie) to complain and he just asked me if its that much of a problem, you can stop ordering from our store. No customer service at all. Its like they dont care anymore. I have been using dominos for a year now and havent faced anyone with such a rude personality.

I placed an order for delivery I dont get my order I called the store manager and he told me there was nothing that could be done

I frequently order from this location and always a friendly experience with the staff and on time pickup as promised. Happy to come here always!
