Farmers Insurance - Juston Crawford

Moving, dealing with renters insurance can be confusing. For me I hadnt owned a car for five years, so dealing with now car insurance was a bit overwhelming. I switched insurance agents/companies a few times in the period of 10 months before I was able to find Mr. Juston Crawford. He is incredibly responsive and on top of his game. Ive always felt like I was his only client simply by the way he is able to address concerns in a timely and efficient matter. He takes his time when working with clients and everyone should want that in someone who helps their day to day.

Knowing absolutely nothing about insurance, Juston Crawford was able to explain to me A) what renters insurance is, B) the policy I went with through my apartment complex was terrible and C) how to get a better policy. I now do my renters insurance through Juston, and he was able to secure me a plan with much better coverage at a lower monthly rate. He is incredibly knowledgeable and able to explain things to normal people like you and me. You wont find better care than with Juston Crawford.

Juston is so on top of everything for me! It is awesome to have an agent who genuinely cares, and works to help me understand the decisions I am making. Insurance can be hard and overwhelming. Juston is always upfront, gives me answers, and works to find the best solution for me. Quick response time and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend working with him.
