This store has always been best. They just had a guy come in while all associates were busy. One guy said we will be with you in a moment, then while I was speaking to someone this guy started waving his hands and then yelled at everyone about how their customer service sucks. They responded and told him they were busy and it was first come, that he had to wait.he then stated something rude to the workers and left. This store has 5 employees and had 8 customers. They were all doing the best they could. Hope the manager in this store understands how well their staff handled themselves today.

Alex is a rock star ! Left feeling heard, had some problems with an old Apple Watch. He upgraded my wife and I also getting us a better, more cost efficient plan.
You will have a customer for life !

Guy who helped us said it was his first day as the manager there. Well, I just got in the mail my "protection plan info" that I never signed up for. Also in store he added a charging block to my bill without telling me. Upsell, upsell, upsell.....very sneaky..... I will not be back to that store.
