The wheelchair accessibility is questionable. Clearly added in long after the building was constructed. I wish they would put in a ramp by the main entrance instead of just the one around the corner near the drive through lane. It makes us feel like we're second class citizens using the back entrance. No wheelchair accessible tables. As for the food, it's okay, but not worth the money we paid for it. At least the restroom and dining area are clean and well lit.

***DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE DRIVING AWAY!!*** YOU WOULD THINK THAT WITH SUCH A BASIC MENU THEY WOULDN'T HAVE ANY TROUBLE FOLLOWING THE STANDARD RECIPES NOR WOULD THEY FIND IT DIFFICULT TO FOLLOW CUSTOMIZATIONS THAT ARE PRINTED ON A SLIP FOR THEM TO EASILY READ BUT A RECENT ORDER I PLACED WAS SCREWED UP IN THREE DIFFERENT WAYS AND WHAT MADE IT WORSE IS THAT THE FOOD WE RECEIVED WAS NOT DELICIOUS AT ALL NOTHING CLOSE TO WHAT WE EXPECT FROM TACO TIME. DO BETTER PLEASE OR LOWER YOUR PRICES TO REFLECT THE "NEW" FOOD STANDARDS. This location specifically has been a bit disappointing. And yes all caps cuz not yelling just trying to make it as easy as possible to read clearly
~Taco Time customer 20+ years (but I've been trying Chipotle more often and have been pretty impressed by the quality of food the amount you get for what you pay and definitely not as expensive as Taco Time!)

Worst service ever! I waited in the drive thru for over 15 mins. Dining room is closed. I ordered on the app, so my food was cold.
