I go here a lot and they are always helpful! Misty was really nice to me and even helped me get set up with a new primary doctor which I had been struggling to do so on my own. Misty is always kind and really knows her stuff. Thanks yall

Im currently being seen for a drug screening and physical for a job here , and it my second time doing so at this office. The first time wasnt so bad , the front desk ladies are always rude and act as if my presence is a major Inconvenience. This current visit nothing has changed about the staff but my appointment was at 7am . Its currently 7:40 and I still havent been seen. And Im the only patient that is in here this morning and the first to come in. The wait is absolutely unacceptable.

They don't care about their patients. Don't waste your last penny going to this doctor. I went their with a sinus infection. My nose felt like a hot pitch fork was sticking it & I had a bad headache. He wouldnt give me a antibiotic instead he gave me Flonase that takes forever to work. I went home so sick with nothing. I had to call my family physician doctor & it toke me 3 more days before I got a appt. because they was booked. By that time thd infection had spread to both my ears. My nose was on fire & my ears & head was killing me. I had missed 4 days of work. All Dr. Dove had to do was give me a antibiotic & I would have gotten better in a day or two from the sinus infection. My family doctor gave me one, but by that time I was miserable & so sick I couldn't work or do anything but lay in bed. I would not recommend this Dr. Dove to anyone. If you can go to the other walkin clinic across from Mcdonalds. I wish I had known about it when this happen, but I didnt find out until later. I heard they are much better there.

*******Please do not go here if you have or think you have anything that might be slightly complicated.********I went here for years but it was always very straight forward issues. Recently I went to Dr. Dove on 3 separate visits (one of these was on the weekend when he was not there) over the same issue. Each time expressing pain in groin/pelvis and abdomen. Never once did anyone inspect or examine my abdomen. He says "yeah" to literally anything you say and doesn't really listen. There was never any blood work done to look for anything, only urine tests that came back negative, yet I was still prescribed antibiotics 2 separate times. I was asking him questions and he was trying to leave the room at the same time at one point. So far since going to someone else, I have found out I have H Pylori...sure am glad I was fumbled around and had an infection eating away at my stomach for 2 months without being diagnosed. Thanks doctor! And now I also have to find out about the groin area. So much wasted time and money going here about these issues. I will make sure every person I can inform knows about the lack of care here through Dr. Dove.
