Missed an appointment that I could have sworn I called and cancelled but received a bill in the mail for $50 due to “no show”. Never was I told this would happen and I never received a phone call or anything. Such a bad practice. I will be following up with them.... and also not returning for treatment

The receptionist was extremely rude and disrespectful. She didn't have the doctor call back when requested thats been going on a week now.
As far as billing goes. Watch your insurance EOB's. The doctors office collects more then whats billed to the insurance, then to collect the refund back from them is like pulling teeth.
Its a shame that this good doctor could be doing much better if he cleaned up and replaced his receptionist who brings down his buisness.
