I went to this practice a for an emergency extraction. Part of my tooth had broken off and needed to be extracted. The foreign dentist gave me a detailed picture demonstration on how much worse my gums will be if I dont get bone graft and tooth implant totaling about $6500. I was overwhelmed by fear. I told him I want to focus only on the extraction at this time. Then he took my blood pressure 3x and said it was too high to have an extraction and to come back when I can control my blood pressure. What? I dont have high blood pressure. It was the dentist up selling and fear tactics that raised my blood pressure. I left frustrated with part of my tooth still broken off and my gums in pain. He wouldnt even assist with removing the broken section. This is negligent. He had a duty to help and refused. I believe it was not enough money involved and he just found a reason to not do the work. I called my home dentist in lakeridge for an emergency appointment and he performed the partial extraction thank goodness the pain is gone and i can bite down again and he properly referred me to an oral surgeon. The ladies at the front desk were nice and accommodating.
