Prompt friendly service from a staff that is professional and patient focused. Have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my Rx. I left Rite Aid and CVS locally after they repeatedly either did not have my Rx in stock or asked me to come back another day (multiple times) because they were understaffed and too busy. Never an issue at the Rx Shoppe. This store is a model of how the pharmacy industry should work...and how it used to work.

I transferred all my prescriptions from CVS to here. OMG!!! CVS took daysalmost a week to refill my regular prescriptions. Also their customer service was horribleeverybody was always so mean. But the prescription shoppeit barely took an hour once they got my prescription transferred over.
Also they fulfilled my sons meds which was out of stock everywhere within like48 hours. That made a huge impact on why I love this place.
The staff is very friendly as well. I made the best decision ever to make the transfer. Nothing but good experiences. Matters fact; I wont even go get regular over the counter meds from anywhere else but here. Thats how much I love this place.

I cannot say enough good things about this independent pharmacy. My family is on vacation with our 6yo who needed antibiotics. Neither CVS, nor Walgreens could be bothered to pick up the phone after 30 minutes on hold. When I went in person to these chain retailers, I was told the medication was not in stock and they were too busy to transfer the scrip. The Prescription Shoppe not only filled the scrip in under 15 minutes, the pharmacist and staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They treated me like a friend, not a customer. A+++ service. Well done! Thank you!

This was probably one of the most pleasant pharmacies I've ever went to. Not only were my prescriptions extremely affordable, they also had my medicine that's on back order most other places in stock. There was no wait and the staff was extremely helpful helpful with great attitudes. I will be transferring all of my medicine.
