We looked for a budget-friendly hotel room and definitely found one. The room was an interesting mix of clearly aged infrastructure, like an uneven flooring and exposed, weathered piping and very new, nice equipment, like a new fridge and nice sheets. Although serviceable for our needs and our wallet, it was not a room that invited you to stay.
The service was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our requests. When we requested a bottom floor, we were given a corner room that made unloading and loading our car a breeze. The only thing to keep in mind is that the desk itself isn't manned directly. Staff appear to keep to the back rooms and only come forward when the bell rings. Also the office door was still locked at 8:30am, but ringing the doorbell got us almost immediately buzzed in. In general it looks like staff are asked to keep odd hours.
The location was connected to the main road for going through Williamsburg with a side road connection that made going and coming very simple. We were able to park almost next to our room door.

Wouldn't recommend unless in a bind. Toilet falling apart, stains on bed, something all over shower
