I wish there was an option to leave all the stars blank but I wanted to comment on my visit since it was the worst one with them to date! The agent had a line out the door and was very dismissal to his customers that had questions. He purposely gave false information just to get them out of the store!! When it was my turn he kept cutting me off saying he hadn't heard of the Fiesta promotion that gave loyal customers a free upgrade. Then he blurted out did I have a text message from them. As I'm pulling up the text, he continues to say he doesn't have any such promo. Then he switched to "Oh no well the phones offered are all old and discontinued!!" I showed him the text & asked why would Metropcs give loyal cust's (which I've been with them for years) old discontinued phone's for our upgrade, that made no sense? He kept cutting me off said promo was over ( it wasn't) and if I wanted an upgrade it wld be the price on the phone and pointed out at the cellphones!!! There was 3 prices on each phone so I asked which one was he talking about. He cut me off, rolled his eyes, walked over and said that one!! This guy talked over me the complete time, was rude as hell and gave misinformation to more than 2 of his customers. I hope Metropcs reads this bcuz after 6 years with them, I've had enough of bad customer service and I'm looking for a new cellphone company!!✌🏾

I came into the store and jacen greatest me promptly. He was so so sweet and very cute. Very knowledgeable and gave me an amazing deal as I was switching my service from sprint. Go see Jacen!!! He is the best!
