      image I got a tax form in the mail late, after my taxes were already sent, and they dont fix it for you unless you pay for the services all over again. Everyone, including people who provide tax services, said there should not be another fee to fix your taxes, especially if a tax form came in late. Money hungry is all I get from them. It feels like they dont know what theyre doing.
