Fusion Pools Cleaning, Maintenance And Service

As a small business owner, I dont leave negative reviews unless its absolutely warranted so this is how unhappy I am with this service. I was assured that I would be able to swim in my pool after one cleaning. I hadnt even realized they had come to clean my pool besides the fact that they left the (very heavy) pool pump cover off and my gate was left wide open. The pool looked exactly the same as it did before they came. When I called to explain the situation, I was brushed off and told to pay the full amount even after I told them the pool looked untouched.
Terrible customer service and an overall negative experience. Would not recommend. Services: Vacuuming, Water treatment

The team at Fusion, both at the office level and the field personnel have been excellent in meeting my pool upkeep needs. The team of Ray and Paul get a shout out from me for their work at my home and the professional discussions they have with me regarding pool upkeep.
