BEWARE. DO NOT book a wedding here!! We had the absolute WORST experience. Our entire wedding room block was moved less than 48-hours before our event. They moved families of 5 (who booked rooms with 2 queen beds) into a room with 1 king bed. Our wedding guests also booked a hotel for multiple days and then they transferred these guests to only 1 day at the new hotel. Absolutely terrible communication. If you call sales they will never answer you because they are always in meetings. Even if they say "we'll be out of a meeting in 30 minutes" they will never follow up. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Great bar. We came in off season so it wasn't crowded, but maybe not fully staffed. Had some difficulty with check in service. And 1st 2 items we ordered at restaurant during happy hour were 86d only 20min into the hour, so maybe kitchen staff was behind or something. Preferred the Delta in Everest, WA to this one, but I'd stay there again. Room was clean and good size for family. Excellent gym too.

We changed rooms twice.
1st room: not clean. Surfaces dirty
2nd room: not clean. Toilet door handle was only attached with one screw instead of two and was hanging down. Garbage was not emptied.
3rd room: no room service on the second day.
The hotel is definitely not up to the standards of the other Delta Marriot hotels. Something needs to be done here very quickly

Rude lady staff member when we tried to check in. We reserved our room months in advance. Asked for earlier check in for a wedding when reserved and she was just rude and didn't care at all. A friend who is grandparents of the groom reserved a room as well and told them they didn't have there reservations and was the same lady who was rude to them as well.

First let me say my niece booked us this beautiful hotel Delta.. you guys made our experience very memorable and heartwarming. We were in room 626 with four kids and four adults. Ive never stayed in one beautiful place like this in a long time. Having our own beach was very romantic and gorgeous. The kids had a blast. When they got in the pool they didnt want to come out. Our service was magnificent. Ray, Bev and the nice bartender (the guy with the blonde hair) were so nice and sweet. Ray was so thoughtful he put more Easter eggs out for the kids because we had missed it. Bev was just like a mom to us. She was so caring and sweet as well. The bartender guy was so helpful because I ordered some wine that I didnt like but he got me one that was amazing I had to have two glasses.. the housekeeping staff was so helpful.. thank you for our extra towels and a clean room.. I cant wait to come back here.. you guys make it feel like home away from home.. I highly recommend this hotel.. I took so many pictures because it was a beautiful view of the ocean.. thank you so much from our family..
