Omar was extremely helpful and patient in helping set up a phone for my mom - even when the Verizon employee was super-rude to him about porting her number over. We will definitely visit him and this store if we need or want anything else!

I pass 5 or 6 metropcs stores (about 40 minutes from my local metropcs) to come here and have been for years now.
I have always been treated kindly here and have had nothing but pleasant interactions and it's almost like an extended family.
Long story short the man refused to let me leave without a phone because of a financial issue. 2 other stores quoted me 240 plus a porting fee. I had less than 200 to my name because all my money was locked up in my phone (which I no longer had)and attached to my phone number My situation was desperate.. I couldn't get anything in the store even though I knew uncle Hosea would make it happen. Because I have interacted with these guys in the past. The man factory reset his own phone out of his own pocket and sold it to me with glass protector and case for under 180 ... With a personal 2 week warranty that even metro doesn't offer. Basically saved 140 dollars on the package.
So much love in this store.
Thank you Uncle Hosea. You are a true hero and a life savor. I wish every metro experience was like your store. I wish they would just send you to train other people how to be good people.
Everyone who trains under this man is by proxy an amazing person. As selfish as it would be to hope he never leaves this store.. he belongs going nationwide to train the staff at metropcs on how to be a human being with actual customer service ... Give the people at this store raises immediately. I was a stone's throw from being a Verizon customer before I found them.
