My 9 year old husky was acting strange for the last few days and we were starting to get nervous as wed just lost his 13 yr old sister last summer. I called Hope Advanced Vet Care to explain what was going on since I was unable to take him to his regular vet and they said to bring him right in. He had some minor treatable issues but they treated us with the upmost care and explained everything they were doing & why. I hope we dont have any more emergencies that we would need to bring him in for, but would highly, highly recommend Hope Advanced Vet Care for anyone else who needs emergency care. Everyone was extremely kind, from front desk, to the techs, and to the vet who took care of my baby. Thank you guys so much!!

They took care of my baby after she ingested Vaseline. The price was worth it because the medication and food they sent home with us was covered.

Hope was fantastic! I took my dog there at 11:30pm because he got into my daughter's Easter chocolate, and he had to spend the night. Hope was attentive, professional, swift, and communicative. I have been telling friends and family how fortunate we are to have such an amazing emergency vet in our community. Highly recommend.

I wish I would have read some of the reviews before we took our beloved cat Snowball to this place. She has a squamous cell carcinoma on her nose for the past 6 months and the middle of
February, we contacted this center and was told that a Dr. McNeil performed a procedure called Electro Chemotherapy that would be the best treatment for this disease. We set up a phone consoltation for the next week with Dr McNeil at a cost of over $200.00 for 40 minutes and since he had received an email of pictures of her nose up close, he recommented for us to bring her in for the procedure. One week later, on February 22, we loaded Snowy, who is 17+ into our car and drove her 4 1/2 hours to have the procedure done by Dr McNeil.at a cost of over $2,000.00. When we got there for a 10 oclock appointment, it was past noon until we got to see Dr McNeil and after he examined her, he then said maybe we should try oral Chemotherapy after he had seen the pictures only one week before. After hearing this news and setting her up for oral chemotherapy pills to take home and a prescription for more for hundreds of dollars more, we loaded her back into the car for the return 4 1/2 hour trip. When we got home and I called our local oncology center in Pittsburg, who does not do the Electro Chemotherapy, but who does do oral Chemptherapy, told us that they use a drug call Pallaida and is much more effective in cats for Squamous Cell Carcinoma. I called back down to Hope and was told that in order to change the prescription, Dr McNeil would have to see her again, less that a week later. So, in desperation, I talked to someone in management who promised to look into the situation since we were not going to subject to another trip and call me back, which she never did. I called back and again she promised to call and again, never heard back, so we just gave up trying to resolve this situation. All I can say is, if you love your pet, stay away from this place.
