Pivot PT- Suffolk (Meade Parkway)

I had surgery a foot surgery on 1/26/24 and was referred to Pivot for therapy. This was my first time going to this facility as I had never heard of it. Initially I had planned on doing an initial visit and be done, but now I'm on week three. The word of God says"To much is given, much is required". Well, Dr. Bishop and her staff are beyond reproach. They go above and beyond the call of their expertise and have very good hospitality. If you know of anyone who may be in need of PT, I would definately recommend this particular office. Trust me when I say they will not be disappointed. Heathcare in America is not good and patient centered care is out the window, but this office is definitely a plus.

I am putting this review on behalf of my husband.
My husband came to Pivot PT after a very unsatisfactory experience at another local PT location and with impingement/pain issues that the previous location did not seem invested in helping him resolve. At the first visit, Mike evaluated my husband and immediately started stretching and manipulating his limb to resolve pain and impingement. After just that first visit, my husband left with significantly less pain and increased ROM than he had weeks prior. That cemented for us the excellent quality and level of care that Pivot PT gives to their patients.
Since that first visit, he has worked with many of the staff in the center and every one of them has been attentive and knowledgeable. They offer to help him stretch every visit which has significantly helped his recovery. Every question that he asks is replied to with in-depth knowledge and detailed explanations.
I really cant say enough good things about this facility and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Friendly staff. The Physical Therapists are very punctual, I've never had to wait. always on time.
