3/2023 - Been many years since I've been here.
Hot breakfast of eggs, sausage or becon, waffles, toast begal, various cold items [bisciuts and gravy have been added]

WORST HOTEL IN SUFFOLK AND SURROUNDING AREA. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! This is a one star hotel with three star prices. I have been staying at this hotel for many years. My company has placed employees here many weeks, every year for the past twelve years . NO MORE. Belle Harbour Hospitality should remove Hospitality from their name. I would invite their managers to stay here for a couple of nights. Along with management from Comfort Suites. The problems are too numerous to name but I will name a few. Tear it down and rebuild. Maintenance is beyond their reach, remodeling is a must.
Just a few issues experienced in my four night stay are below:
-Only one elevator is working. Has been this way for weeks. Staff even complained about it. They have never worked well.
-Elevators are filthy, along with parking lot, trash everywhere for days, dirt and dust in only working elevator.
-Burnt eggs two out of four mornings.
-Broken toilet seat.
-Mold in bathroom
-missing hangers on bath door
-Dirty carpet
-Shower NOT hot for 4 days barely warm.
- Requested room service, not received two of the days
-Overpriced
-Bathroom door taped up to cover I assume Rot
-Bathtub drain laid outside tub
-Staff not friendly or accommodating if fact rather rude.
- I needed some napkins and paper plates, (got the plates) 2; because we wanted to share pizza in the breakfast area. I have never seen a hotel be STINGY about salt pepper and a little plastic ware. For 103 to 120 a night you could do better. Might you spend five dollars a day for such.
- Carpeting Dirty in rooms and halls.
NOT SURE WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS PLACE. TV EVEN RUNS OLD SHOWS IN THE BREAKFAST AREA. NOT A COMFORTABLE PLACE TO STAY. WILL BE ELSEWHERE IN THE FUTURE.

we spent four nights here with the participants of the business trip, and were extremely disappointed. Mold in the bathroom, room keys doesnt work normally , cooler out of order every time , staff cleaned the room only on demand. Breakfast was extremely scarce and cherry on a top - sour milk. Extremely unpleasant place. Do not recommend.
