If you like being disrespected and lied to then this is the rental company for you! If you like your card ran 5 times in a row without your permission this is the rental place for you. If you want an honest and helpful rental company go to any other place then here. There are plenty of other good rental places that respect their customers and dont talk to them like animals. Save yourself the headache .

Incredible client support!!! Different areas ought to show the Suffolk VA one. Subsequent to leasing a few vehicle rental administrations, I assume I saw as the best one.

I live in Elizabeth City NC, and my truck's water pump left me stranded in a parking lot and in a real bind. I had originally called Enterprise, only to be promised a reservation that the local office didn't have (and wouldn't for 4+ days!).
Saturday, lunchtime comes and goes, and there were simply no options for a rental. And then I stumbled upon Mike Duman Rentals.
The lady at the front desk (Ms. Lyons?) patiently listened to my story and calmed my frustration - and put me in a rental that was every bit as good as what Enterprise could have done (2019 sedan).
Oh. And I got there like five minutes before they were supposed to close.
I had a great experience, and will certainly save the number for any auto rental needs in the future.

everything was great. Fast service, fast shuttle. I found 2 used masks inside car. I also had a problem, I couldn't open the gas cover. I called and when I arrived on return the person couldn't open and told me that it was ok, it wasn't my fault I didn't fill it up the tank. Great customer services.

Everything went smooth at both locations. Staff friendly and attentive at both locations as well. Quick service, will definitely use again.
