If I could give them 0 stars I would. My son went for an interview and was racially profiled by Bob the store manager. He followed him around the store then kicked him out and no he wasnt doing anything inappropriate. I spoke with Bob directly and the only thing he could say was he was kicked out because he doesnt have a membership. As everyone knows no membership is needed to be in the store or purchase hot food. I called corporate and they were no help either. The receptionist was very nice however the ppl who claimed they was going to call back never did. Needless to say my whole family has canceled our memberships.

Please for the love of God, stop harassing your customers trying to upsell them to a black card. We can read and write, we know what the difference is. Every single time I go in there I have to show my membership 3 times! 3 .

My experience on this day is that I spent $172 and bought my wife a snack from the food court upon leaving the store it looked as though only one person was getting people out of the store. So as we headed for the lone person checking receips she pointed to someone with there back to us, so we walked that way and I said, while I was still about 7 away, hello.And this person while still texting with her phone snatches my receipt from my had. So I asked her did you just snatch that receipt from my hand and she said did you just yell at me? First of all I should never have had to say hello to get the attention of anyone who is checking people out of the store and second of all if she had spit at me I dont think that I would have been less angry. If you dont like your job then quit somone else would love to have it

I love the store but being handicapped,I can never get an open handicapped parking spot! Tonight I went to the store and observed 5 cars without hangtags or handicapped plates on their vehicles. I observed 4 different non-handicapped cars parking and the drivers virtually sprinting into the store! Why don't the manager enforce the law prohibiting non- handicapped people from taking up the SS pots for genuinely challenged people????
It's enough to make cancel my membership!
