Basically the same thing happened to us that Century Trucking described. The owners were being rude on top of that.

Excelelnt service. Delivery and pick up was very punctual. Chairs and tables were clean and in great condition. At the point of making the reservation I received clear instructions that the tables and chair will be dropped off in the garage. We placed the chairs and tables in the desired area.
I'm glad that I found this company and they were excellent!!

I rented a table a chairs. bad customer service, they just dumped the chairs and table on the garage. When asked to set them up at the basement they wanted to charge more money. That was not explained when the order was done. They mislead the customer.
