      image Worst customer service the guy in the front he was rude. I had appointments for 11 o'clock. But I wait there for hours to get done.

      image Overall good experience. Originally went in with a Groupon for syn oil change and alignment. Appointment for both on same day. 2 hours later I was told the tech couldn't get the alignment done correctly and was told to come in next morning and they should take care me right away and woulnd't be too long. Went in next morning and was told they can't get my car in for 3 hours min. only to find out it wasn't done all day until 5pm. Which messed up entire day of errends I had to run. Biggest feedback is provide some sort of a text or communication with estimated time the car will be done not just a guessing game. Would help a lot and save entire day for a customer.
