image This has been my pharmacy for years, but since Tom Rosemeier and Danny Grant retired, it has not been the same. I regularly have to wait for prescriptions even if they have been called in for days. They seem to be completely disorganized, and while most are friendly enough, not everyone is even friendly or apologetic for the inconvenience of multiple trips into Staunton to pick up prescriptions. I will be actively seeking a new pharmacy. Many times the pat repetitive answer is "we're working on it". No. They aren't.

image My dentist sent over a prescription on Wednesday. Saturday after several days of waiting. I'm still waiting. 3 trips to pick it up, I'm still waiting. God forbid they call and keep me informed. This is some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

image Don't go if you need a regularly scheduled medication, it could mean your health! I have been using this pharmacy for over a decade and have the same epilepsy medication for almost as long. Since this is a controlled substance I cannot order more than 30 days worth and refills can only be ordered a week before I am out. This is the second time that I have ordered a refill in the morning and am told it will be ready by the end of the day. This time I waited for the confirmation text (2 days later) that it was ready. It was not, another medication for another family member was. I was told that the medication would be in the following day and finished by that evening. I returned to the pharmacy 2 DAYS LATER and they just received it that morning and I was told it wouldn't be ready until the afternoon. I explained that I ordered the refill 6 days prior and that I was now out of medication for seizures. I got a shrug and then the technician moved back to the computer screen. I am transferring my prescriptions and would urge others to do the same. It's a shame, it used to be the same pharmacist for years, now every visit is someone new and slower and slower service.
